Institutional Money: "BIT Capital launches its successful fund as an active ETF"
The Berlin-based investment boutique is launching its first active ETF, based on the proven BIT Global Technology Leaders strategy. The ETF features lower management fees than the underlying product. In return, BIT Capital charges a performance fee for the ETF without a hurdle rate.

BIT Capital has launched its first actively managed ETF, the BIT Global Technology Leaders Active UCITS ETF (ISIN DE000A4231H9). The new investment product has been available for daily trading since August 3, 2026. As the Berlin-based firm announced, this marks the first time the successful BIT Capital flagship strategy has been made accessible to ETF investors.
Multi-year track record for the BIT Global Technology Leaders R-I
As an exchange-traded share class of the BIT Global Technology Leaders strategy, the ETF is based on the same portfolio, investment process, and fund management. This eliminates the typical startup risks associated with a new ETF launch. Instead, the ETF provides access to an established fund with a volume of approximately 1.6 billion euros, which has been one of the highest-yielding equity funds in Europe since its inception in 2019 and has received awards including the LSEG Lipper Europe Active Award.
On May 11, 2026, the net asset value exceeded the 1,000 euro mark per share for the first time, having increased more than tenfold in about seven years (this track record refers to the existing fund strategy of the BIT Global Technology Leaders R-I).
